One of Cape Town’s largest hotels, which forms part of a leading hotel group, urgently requires
the expertise of an experienced Restaurant Manager.
This position is strictly reserved for AA-candidates and we welcome applications from throughout
South Africa.
A recognized apprenticeship in upmarket hotels, combined with Hotel School qualifications are essential,
followed by 2-3 years working experience in 4*-5* hotels of a larger volume.

and education completed and a recent photograph please.
Please note, that we can only consider candidates, who are South African Citizens or hold
valid South African Permanent Residence Status! Preference will be given to candidates,
who already live in the Cape Town area!
Candidates who live in other provinces, need to be able to come for personal interviews
to Somerset West and Cape Town, entirely at their own expense! No telephonic/SKYPE
interviews will be done!
