5* Hotel in Cape Town requires a Chef de Partie. Must have effective management of kitchen department and staff recourses through systematic controls.Assisting the HOD in all aspects in Banqueting Hot Kitchen. Must be able to ensure Core Values and maintain
high level of service.
Matric with Chef's Diploma. 3-4 years experience in Banqueting. Proactive, flexible,
self-motivated individual with good professional work ethic. Must be able to assess quality
control.Must have good managerial skills. Good communicational skills required.
Must have 5* work experience in banqueting and large production kitchen.
