Head Chef

A 120-seater stylish and trendy restaurant, situated in a Cape Town suburb, along the Atlantic Coastline, offering authentic South American style food, seeks a young and dynamic Head Chef.
A completed chef's training followed by 2-3 years of cheffing, having reached at least the level of a Senior Sous Chef, is essential.
Innovative ideas are coming up with interesting specials, is what our client wants from that new Chef!
Good staff supervision and willingness to guide and train others are
esential parts of the job.
Excellent portion control and careful buying skills are needed.
The restaurant operates Monday to Saturdays from 09h00 to midnight.
Please note: We can only consider candidates, who are living in or around Cape Town, can go for interviews and cook offs within the next 10 days and are available on or before the 15th February 2012, please!
