General:
Lead and develop a small team to deliver outstanding quality products.
Prepare all pastries, breads, rolls, cakes, confectioneries and ice-creams and ensure quality standards are met at all times.
Order supplies and equipment as required.
Maintain and control production levels and inventory levels.
Create items that taste as good as they look.
Liaise with Management team to ensure that the kitchen is operating efficiently and effectively
Must be willing to relocate
Skills:
- Relevant Formal Culinary Qualifications.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Comprehensive knowledge of health & safety/ hygiene measures.
- Inventory Control.
- Detail orientated.
- Committed to excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication & organizational skills.
- 5 years + in 3-5* environments in similar position.
