· Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification or 3 years experience in a similar capacity.
· A valid driver's license and own transport is necessary.
· Self confidence, coupled with the ability to communicate at all levels, is inherent to the position.
· Passion for food, people and service in order to co-ordinate a function from start to finish.
· Good knowledge of Health and Safety standards, and an understanding of HACCP principles and procedures.
· Cross-functional awareness, to succeed through teamwork and focused dedication.
· Focus on rendering a quality product and service.
· Creativity and flair to design menu's.
· Management experience in order to successfully plan, organise and co-ordinate both staff and operational process.
· Ability to work under pressure and display sound business acumen.
