 Sous Chef - Lodge

Must have at least 1 year previous lodge chef experience, preferably at a 5* property. Tertiary education essential. Excellent communication skills, a creative flair and the ability to run the kitchen when needed
Duties:
- Supervising staff
- Running the shift
- Planning and costing of the menu
- Quality control
