Sous Chef

Location: Cradle of Humankind
To be considered for this position you must have tertiary education, at least 4 years experience as a Head Chef in a smaller lodge or Sous Chef in a Hotel. Own transport essential. Must be familiar with all aspects of the kitchen including cost and stock control, menu planning and costing, ordering, receiving and managing stock. Must be able to work under pressure, take initiative and work independently.
