Location: Muldersdrift
3* Lodge in Muldersdrift requires a Senior Sous Chef.
Must have at least 4 years experience in the same position of Head
Chef expeerience in a smaller lodge/catering establishment. Must
have formal chef school training and hold a diploma or any other
relevant qualification
Must be familiar with aspects regarding Kitchen, cost and stock control.Menu planning
and costing.Must have good leadership skills, good communication skills and PC
literate. Must be familiar with all aspects in Health & Safety as well as Fire and
Emergency procedures. Must be familiar with disciplinary procedures.Must be able to
train and guide staff. Must be able to work under pressure. Must have own drivers
license and own transport
