Well established lodge in the Kruger National Park requires a
Sous Chef.
Must be familiar with aspects regarding Kitchen, cost and stock control.Menu planning
and costing.Must have good leadership skills, good communication skills and PC
literate. Must be familiar with all aspects in Health & Safety as well as Fire and
Emergency procedures. Must be familiar with disciplinary procedures.Must be able to
train and guide staff. Must be able to work under pressure.
