Senior Sous Chef

Location: East Rand
Senior Sous Chef required for busy Casino Food & Beverage Operation in the East Rand. The emphasis is on Buffet Style Restaurant Operations as well as medium / large scale Banqueting.
Formal Qualification preferred. Must have min 4 years experience in production type operations. Must be able to manage the kitchen in the absence of an Executive Chef. Food Cost knowledge essential.
