An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager for an upmarket cafe/ bistro style unit based in Sandton. The restaurant prides itself on serving an organic / fresh concept and would like to secure the services of a candidate with exposure and / or an avid interest in this area. Candidates will be required to have at least two years experience in the restaurant trade and will understand the service demands of high end clientele.
