Restaurant Manager Required – Fantastic Cafe Style Operation, Gauteng!

My client owns an Italian style restaurant / cafe which offers late comforting breakfasts, ambient lazy lunches and indulgent candle-lit dinners!

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who, not only has strong restaurant management experience, but who is also a warm, bubbly individual with fantastic communications and leadership skills. We need someone who is very passionate about providing amazing service and great food and must understand the Italiano culture!

We need someone who is currently in a similar role and must be passionate about delivering great guest service. Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner Tuesday to Saturday and breakfast & lunch only on a Sunday!

Salary offered: very much dependent upon experience but anywhere from R12k to R18k CTC per month.
