 Assistant Restaurant Manager

An up market ,classy and busy hotel seeks two Assistant Restaurant Managers.
Effectively organise and manage the shifts in the Restaurant, including providing support and guidance to personnel to ensure successful, smooth running of the operation evolving into a positive guest experience in compliance with the company policies and procedures
***MINIMUM of 3 years in a managerial supervisory position in F&B in a 5 star environment
· Strong Communication / Customer Relations skills
· Computer literate
· Ability to work without supervision
· Guest/Staff focused
· Must be able to work shifts
· Team orientation
· Work under pressure
