A ward winning restaurant is looking for a highly experienced and skilled Executive Sous Chef to join their kitchen brigade
- Experience working in similar highly reputable and 5* kitchens is absolutely non negotiable
- Must have filled a similar position previously
- Highly skilled and creative
- Excellent technical skills in the kitchen
- Excellent management and training skills
- Overseas experience highly advantageous
- Training obtained from a reputable culinary institution
- Good track record with contactable references.
