Upmarket retail food store is seeking a mature and confident Bakery Supervisor! You will be required to do food costing, ensure efficient stock levels, menu planning and supervision of staff members. The successful candidate will have a very hands-on work approach with excellent time management and organisational skills. A creative flair and attention to detail are key attributes to this position. A formal related qualification as well as a minimum of 3 years' experience within a similar position will be an advantage.
