Seeking a mature and well experienced Deli Manager.  A formal qualification and a minimum of 3 years' experience are required. Excellent staff management and control skills are essential to maintain a productive and positive work environment. The successful incumbent will have a strong character, be self-motivated and passionate about maintaining high service levels.
