My client has a very funky franchise which is a market leading restaurant chain with an excellent reputation for great food and service.

This is a very high volume restaurant operation offering delicious, freshly produced food and requires an experienced manager who is capable of working closely with the owners and who has strong FOH and BOH experience in a similar style establishment.

Strong communication, organizational and management skills are needed and you must be able to lead, train and motivate a team of permanent and casual staff members.

Great opportunity for a driven and energetic individual, looking for a bit of a change and a challenging new role! Lots of early starts so would suit a morning person!
