This stunning 5* Boutique Hotel is looking to recruit a Sous Chef to work alongside the Exec Chef and produce stunning cuisine for a 200+ seater fine dining restaurant, rooms service and conference & banqueting facilities!
The ideal candidate for the Sous Chef role will be a hard working, strong all rounder who has good organisation, management and communication skills. You will deputise in the absence of the Exec Chef and lead the team by example. Previous 5* hotel experience is essential and a strong fine dining background is required.

Salary Offered: R8,000 to R15,000 dependent upon experience
