OPERATIONS MANAGER – EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY CASUAL DINING SECTOR

My client is one of the industry's leading operators in the casual dining restaurant sector in the Middle East with a strong reputation for its excellent quality of food and service.

The company operate over 50 outlets across 15 different brands in Dubai, Bahrain, Al Ain, Sharjah and Oman.

We are now looking for an Operations Manager required with a proven track record to confidently manage multi site and multi brand operations in a given area. You will take responsibility for 15 outlets within a brand for a leading restaurant group.

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving your teams forward, increasing sales, improving development and maintaining standards.

·         Full operational accountability for all sites

·         Full P&L accountability

·         Must have a hands on approach to management

·         Think outside the box

·         Must have a proactive approach towards training and development

·         Must have previous experience opening new outlets from A-Z

·         Proven track record for profit delivery and business growth

·         Team spirit and natural leadership ability

·         A 'can do' attitude as a self starter

·         Ambition and hungry for what this position can offer

·         The ability to make quick decisions and results driven

·         Strong communication skills at all levels

·         Attention to detail

·         Can work under pressure

The position will be based in Dubai and yet the person may be required to travel to other cities and/or countries in the region. The role will require you to work 6 days a week.
