GENERAL MANAGER – HEAD OF INFLIGHT CATERING

My client is a upmarket, food focused company provide a 24hr professional and efficient catering service delivering consistently exquisite food to business aircrafts to London and South East England 365 days a year. They offer a totally bespoke catering service for the general aviation sector. Ensuring food is sourced from a handful of carefully selected suppliers, guaranteeing that food is fresh and full of flavour. This business is now expanding with an operation opening in Geneva to complement the existing operation in London.

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an experienced, drive and dynamic operator to take the helm of the new operation as General Manager, with the purpose of overseeing the provision of excellent service delivery in Geneva. As General Manager, you will be the guardian of financial controls, compliance and operational excellence across all catering functions within the Inflight locations. The General Manager will be responsible for the overall operations within the location and deliver best practice. You will ensure that all client and customer relationships are built, maintained and expectations exceeded at all times and be able to build the Geneva Inflight business. As a leader, you will be effectively managing and developing the Inflight team.

For this General Manager role, we are looking for a candidate who has relevant experience in this sector and with a genuine passion for delivery an excellent product.

Salary Offered: £50k – package unspecified but neg on right candidate
