 Assistant F & B Manager

Minimum 2 years experience in the F & B department at a hotel or lodge
Must have a formal hotel school qualification or something similar
Should be familiary with all aspects of the F & B department
Familiar with disciplinary procedures
Computer literate
Excelent people skills and customer relations
Good organizational skills
Musthave an eye for detail
Assist in the training of staff where necessary
Must have valid drivers licence and have own tranport
Medical Aid , pension and uniform
