3-5 years management experience, Strong individual, must be male EE, must have good references, Admin skills + tertiary qualification an advantage
Duties:
Food and Beverage Management which includes staff management and stock management of both the Bar, Kitchen and Restaurant Co-coordinating of Restaurant Activities including the creation of menus Personnel Management, including time management, leave management and shift adjustments Banqueting Management including Weddings, Corporate Functions and Special Occasions Conference Co-ordination, including tea breaks, meals and any special requests that the guests require Managing all activities with regards to the day to day management of the Hotel and Safari Camp Compiling of Week and Month End reports Creating and maintaining an easy reference filing system
