Must have experience in one of the reservations programmes: Res Request, Galileo, Innkeeper, Opera + 2 years experience in a reservations office or travel agent

Duties:

Giving guests quotations
Booking guests in and out
Completing guests final accounts
Liaising with kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance and butlers re guests' requests
Finding lost baggage
Making travel arrangements for guests
Keeping reception neat and tidy
