My Client is one of the finest up and coming Italian Restaurant groups in the UK and expanding into the Middle East with a beautiful new restaurant in Dubai. They are looking for Passionate and dedicated Chefs to join their team and have several openings to become part of this exciting venture.

This will be a very busy and large volume dining experience producing classic, regional and modern Italian cuisine in a relaxed personal atmosphere and your personality will need to show.

We are looking for recent Graduates and Junior Chefs with a couple of years working experience who would love to experience the atmosphere of an energetic new kitchen and gain International experience. This would suit recently qualified Chefs with a brilliant attitude wanting to learn about Fresh Pasta and Italian style Seafood and being absolutely professional whilst still having Fun.

 Salary Package paid in Durhams the Equivalent of R4,500 basic plus accommodation and transport allowance to and from the restaurant, dependant on experience
