My Client is one of the finest up and coming Italian Restaurant groups in the UK and expanding into the Middle East with a beautiful new restaurant in Dubai. They are looking for Passionate and dedicated Chefs to join their team and have several openings to become part of this exciting venture.

This will be a very busy and large volume dining experience producing classic, regional and modern Italian cuisine in a relaxed personal atmosphere and your personality will need to show.

If you have a quality and stable background with the drive and motivation to succeed and develop your career and are absolutely passionate about great food and have relevant experience in Italian and Mediterranean Cuisine then please send your resume with recent photograph and references to be considered.

We are looking for Chefs with experience in making Fresh Desserts every day, in front of the customers and preparing and presenting to order. You should also be prepared to work as a Cold Kitchen Chef preparing Anti Pasta Dishes and familiarity with Italian Anti-Pasta plates and Boards

You must be capable of running your section and be skilled in the preparation and quality presentation of all dishes on your station and have previous experience in a Fast Paced environment and quick on your feet.

Salary Package paid in Durhams the Equivalent of R5,500 basic plus accommodation and transport allowance to and from the restaurant, dependant on experience
