 SPA MANAGER

A 5* luxury Resort in Mozambique requires a Spa Manager. Candidates will be required to have previous 5* experience as a Spa Manager, preferably at a Bush Lodge or Island Retreat. The incumbent will have a natural affinity for people and be charming and hospitable and they will have a proven track record as a high achiever and will have a broad interest in therapy. As this position requires close work within a small team, the incumbent needs to be of a generous and compassionate disposition, be well groomed and presentable and must be able to work long hours when required. A high degree of professionalism will be essential, due to the nature of the clientele and the market in which the Resort operates. The successful candidate will have two Therapists reporting to them.
