This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join this award winning venue and produce stunning food! The role of Executive Sous Chef will be to support the Executive Chef in setting standards and compiling dishes, leading the team and this will suit a very creative individual who can inspire the team, manage a kitchen and support the Exec Chef in every aspect of day to day operations.
Modern Creole cuisine at its finest, using the finest produce and lots of it home grown! The ideal candidate for the Sous Chef role will be in a similar role in a 2AA Rosette / Michelin * establishment or equivalent thereof. Personality is also very important as there is lots of guest interaction.
Flair, innovation and a genuine passion for food is a must!
Salary: Negotiable (paid in Euros) plus free accommodation, meals, yearly ticket, etc
