Amazing opportunity to join this hotel group at this award winning resort as a Cluster Revenue Manager!
This 5* luxury resort is spread across 2 islands and we are looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to manage 3 properties. The role of Revenue Manager Maldives Cluster will include being responsible for managing all rates and space decisions for the Maldives properties and provides support and advice to the DBD, Director of Sales, Finance Managers & General managers in strategic planning and overall business goals relating to Revenue Management.

Whilst maximising occupancy/room rate at all times, this position of Cluster Revenue Manager implements effective rate structures for each hotel, maintains a consistently high standard of operational customer service within the reservations departments and a liaison role with sales and all other departments. Ideally a candidate with analytical background who has dealt with $115 million inventory per year.
We are looking for the following:

· Language: excellent English is essential. Knowledge of other international languages would be an asset.
· Experience: 3+ years of revenue management experience at the senior manager level, cluster experience preferred.
· Competencies: People Management, Developing Relationships, Decision Making, Business Focus, Resilience
· Computer skills: Good computer literacy. Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point
Package: $44k annually plus single accommodation with management benefits; 3 R&R breaks yearly with an allowance
Leave: 30 Days/ year with return ticket to passport country
Hours: 6 days working week
