The role of Cluster Purchasing Manager will be looking after 3 properties and be required to enhance, plan, organize, direct and control the purchasing and supply cluster management function for all products and services within a geographic area of Republic of Maldives. As Cluster Purchasing Manager, you will ensure that the established level of quality products and services are purchased at the lowest total cost while adhering to company standards and operating procedures.

·         Knowledge of food, beverage and operating supply products and purchasing procedures.

·         Considerable mathematical and analytical skills necessary to calculate percentage discounts, product cost, operational reports and comparative figure analysis through utilizing ratios and net weighted averages.

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Fluent in English.

·         Excellent people management skills with strong ability to plan, coach and development of talent.

·         3+ years of procurement experience at the senior manager level, cluster experience preferred.

·         Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience

·         Financial entrepreneur, with excellent cost control and profit generating skills.

·         Experience in a remote location is an advantage, as is cluster experience preferable

Salary Offered: $55k per annum plus single accommodation on the island or in the capital  plus 3 R&R: 3 / year and allowance

Leave: 30 Days/ year with return ticket to passport country

Hours: 6 days working week
