My Client is a very funky concept and a market leading restaurant chain with an excellent reputation for great food and service.
This is a high volume restaurant operation offering delicious, freshly produced food and requires an experienced manager who is capable of working closely with the owners and who has strong FOH and BOH experience in a similar style establishment.
Strong communication, organizational and management skills are needed and you must be able to lead, train and motivate a large team of permanent staff members.
