Food & Beverage Manager – Players Club & Private Members Bar, Dubai!

This is a very exciting opportunity for an experienced, driven, food and customer focused F&B manager to join this fantastic venue! You will be responsible for overseeing operations for the Players Club & Private Members Bar and be able to deliver operational excellence whenever they are open.

We are looking for a hands-on, pro-active Food & Beverage Manager who will lead by example and have exceptional food and beverage knowledge. You will be able to drive the business forwards and strive to deliver the highest possible standards of service, whilst maintaining turnover & profitability and ensuring guest comfort and safety at all times. Strong on systems, you will develop standard operating procedures for operations as appropriate to the relevant business stream reporting strategies to the Executive Manager. As F&B Manager, you will be financial accountability for day to day operations and act as ambassador for the company and be the key liaison with Club personnel.

Salary Package Offered: AED 16,000+ neg and dependent upon individual plus full expat benefits
