Dynamic Restaurant Manager – JHB CBD

My client is a very successful company which manages a portfolio of hotels, conferences facilities and serviced apartments!

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to come on board at this stunning 4* property in the CBD and manage the hotel restaurant for them.  We require a driven and dynamic operator with relevant restaurant management experience who can push the business forwards. You must be able to put SOP’s in place, focus on training of the staff, ensure consistency of the product and manage a young team. We are looking for the “ultimate host” who has a hands-on approach and management style and who is able to develop great relations with local businesses / clients.

Salary: R12,000 – R14,000 CTC and dependent on proven experience.
