CONFERENCE MANAGER

A well known venue in the Northern Suburbs is looking for a young and dynamic Conference Manager to supervise and control the Conference and Food & Beverage Departments to the required 5* standard. Duties will include setups of various functions, staff rosters, briefing of all staff prior to events and managing and checking all items and equipment used for functions. The ideal candidate should have experience with Event Management and Operations and a Hotel Management Diploma will be an advantage. Shift work applies and your own car is vital for this role. You will be responsible for the cleanliness of the entire venue, will have to ensure that all staff are trained and have good personal hygiene at all times.
