- Managing and controlling all outlets with F & B
- Controlling operating equipment
- Ensuring that all furnishings and fittings are kept clean and in a good state of repiar
- Maintaining a high standard of customer relations
- Implementation and maintenance
- Mainting and improving a high standard of hygiene, cleanliness and presentation of kitchen and F & B  department
- Implementing all new food and beverage concepts
- Ongoing beverage promotions in the bar
- Monitoring monthly action wine sales and show ways of improving sales
- Maintaining a safe and secrue working environment
