CENTRAL AFRICA – A 5* hotel with 200 rooms, fine dining restaurant, buffet restaurant and function facilities for upto 300 pax seeks qualified and experienced dine dining restaurant manager. FLUENT FRENCH ESSENTIAL + minimum 3 years restaurant management experience in hotels with 200 plus rooms. Candidates who do NOT have the above experience need not apply.
