5* Game  Lodge needs an outgoing, guest orientated and professional General Assistant.  Assist all departments.
Ensuring guests have an authentic home from home experience from arrival to departure.
Excellent hosting skills are essential. 
Requirements
- 2 years experience in a 5 star establishment with hosting of International guests
- Hotel or tourism school (or similar qualification) an advantage
- Hosting experience i.e. maitre de etc
- Basic wine knowledge
- Excellent command of the English languate, fluent in written English
- Drivers licence essential
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Excellent communicator
- Excellent social and interpersonal skills
- Realistic expectations of bush life
- Computer literacyt essential
- Experience of stock taking and stock control
