A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Front Office Manager to join the team at a  5* Hotel and Spa Resort on the exotic island of Zanzibar, Tanzania.

 

With luxurious guest rooms, fantastic dining experiences and a beautiful location the successful Front Office Manager will be part of  the management team in this leading world class 5* hotel and spa helping to ensure that guests have have an unforgetable experience during their stay in Zanzibar .

 

Managing the front office staff at the resort with more than 120 bedrooms and several restaurants you will already be working in a 4 or 5 star hotel background in a similar role and size of hotel. You must be a great team leader ,very presentable and you will need to demonstrate that you have excellent communication skills and impeccable people and customer care skills.  You must be able to show  from your previous or current employment that you have strong skills in front office systems and controls. The ability to train staff to the highest of standards and manage them on a day to day basis is an essential quality. A non smoker is preffered.
 

In return for this our client offers a two year contract with an attractive tax free salary of USD $1500 ( currently approx R12000.00  ) per month with free furnished accommodation in new purpose built staff village with Aircon , DSTV and internet , meals, medical insurance and one free flight home per year. Access to beautiful beaches and  the riches of Stone Town awaits you on this exotic iland which is rich in culture and now a World Heritage site
