Senior Field Guide with management skills required for a an upmarket lodge.  Will be responsible for staff, equipment and stock,  will also carry a shared responsibility for the management of the lodge together wih the management team. Must be THETA / DEAT registered, with FGASA II  & TRAILS qualification, valid drivers, PDP and first aid. Minimum 5 years guiding experience, firearm proficiency certificate (POSLEC). Ability and willingness to take responsibility for training of junior field guides/trackers. Computer literate and excellent communication skills.
