from well established Chef School, must have fine dining training/a la carte service required. Comfortable in Pastry & Hot Kitchen. Minimum 1 year active working experience as a CDP in 4* or 5* estalishment. Very good team player with a drivers licence and computer literate. Excellent references must accompany the CV. Excellent communication skills and able to work well under pressure. Live in position.
