OPERATIONS MANAGER – LEADING RETAIL COFFEE BRAND
Fantastic opportunity for a driven , experienced and forward thinking Operations Manager to join this successful company and oversee a leading retail branded concept. The role of Operations Manager will be to lead and support a team of Store Managers in a specific business channel across circa 20 stores to deliver against key performance targets – financial, guest and people.
The ideal candidate for this role must have the following:
· 3 years operational level experience in a hospitality or retail environment
· Excellent communication and influencing skills and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
· Self starter, drive, sense of urgency
· Comfortable with change and challenging upwards
· Highly numerate and IT literate
Desired Skills/Experience
· People management skills and familiar with performance management principles
· Knowledge of MICROS or a similar F&B IT system
· Experience of working in a multicultural environment
Package Offered: AED20,000 to 25,000 includes housing and travel allowance
