EXPERIENCED TRAINING MANAGER – RETAIL CONCEPT, DUBAI

Very exciting opportunity for an experienced Training Manager to join this progressive company and look after all training requirements for one of their famous brands.

As Training Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all store members are provided with core skills training in accordance with brand standards. In addition you will design, develop, and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills of staff across all levels of the team and ensure that the organization’s human capital development plans are in conjunction with business and succession planning needs.

For the Training Manager role, we require an individual who has 5 +years of training delivery, with at least 2 years of actual training development. The ideal candidate must be an exceptional communicator both in written and verbal English and be looking for a challenging, but very rewarding role!

Salary Package Offered: AED 20,000 (inclusive of housing and travel allowance)
