Passionate Executive Chef – City Hotel – JHB
My client is a very successful company which manages a portfolio of hotels, conferences facilities and serviced apartments!
We are looking for an experienced Chef to come on board at this stunning 4* property in the CBD and manage the kitchen of this popular restaurant and conference facility.
The role of Executive Chef will require a dynamic and enthusiastic Chef with formal training and relevant Diploma or qualifications and 3-5 years working experience in a managerial level position in a quality fresh food kitchen. You will be in charge of all aspects of the kitchen serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, room service, conference facilities for up to 60 guests and a busy modern restaurant offering range of A’la’Carte and Set Menus.
This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic ‘up and coming’ Chef to utilize strong management and training skills, excellent stock control and costing abilities and to build on the solid Culinary reputation gained in the Hotel and Restaurant.
Salary of between R12,000-R15,000 dependant on experience.
