Chef de Partie – Luxury 5* Hotel – Eastern Cape Coast
My client is a leading boutique Hotel situated in a popular coastal resort town on the Eastern Cape coast and requires an outstanding talented chef to join their team.
The Hotel is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie that has worked in most sections of a leading Top 50 Fine Dining Restaurant kitchen or Luxury Five star Hotel or Relais and Chateaux property background to join their team of dynamic and energetic chefs serving outstanding quality dining in this beautiful Hotel.
Requires a Culinary Diploma or Hotel school chef graduate with at least 3 years working experience and currently be a Chef de Partie and able to manage a section and supervise junior staff.
Salary R5,000-R6,000 dependant on experience with Staff Accommodation included
