I'm now appointing a results driven experienced hotelier for the most prestigeous and luxurious boutique hotel in South Africa situated on a wine Estate in Franschoek. You will be responsible for the effective operation of all hotel departments in line with the budgeted targets of this property, have an absolute passion for the industry, have an incredible eye for detail and be an effective communicator.
Previous exposure in a similar executive level in a 5 star Relais and Chateaux property is essential.Strong back of house experience essential along with strong HR skills and knowledge paramount for this incredible opportunity.
