A Busy 4 Star hotel and conference venue is looking for an experienced Front Office Manager with excellent communication and leadership skills.
A Hospitality diploma would be an advantage along with 3-5 years experience within a similar role
Inherent Skill Requirement:
- Strong management skills – this includes:
- Disciplining employees;
- Monthly employee meetings;
- Leave management
- Training & development of Front Office Staff;
- Conducting Performance Appraisal’s,
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and maintain Front Office standards
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Computer literate in word, excel and Room master
- Excellent customer service skills
