Front Office & Reservations Manager

A Busy 4 Star hotel and conference venue is looking for an experienced Front Office Manager with excellent communication and leadership skills.

A Hospitality diploma would be an advantage along with 3-5 years experience within a similar role

Inherent Skill Requirement:

  • Disciplining employees;
  • Monthly employee meetings;
  • Leave management
  • Training & development of Front Office Staff;
  • Rostering;
  • Conducting Performance Appraisal’s,
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and maintain Front Office standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate in word, excel and Room master
  • Excellent customer service skills
