Food & Beverage Manager required for established upmarket Boutique Hotel.
Formal qualifications essential
Must have own transport.
Will be responsible for a Signature Restaurant, Conference and Banqueting for 100 pax as well as monthly events.
Must have excellent Wine Knowledge
Must be able to control costs and purchasing required
be responsible for the wine list and ordering of all beverages
be responsible for all staffing in the restaurant and the conference venue
be involved in the marketing of the restaurant and conference venue and initiate special events such as our Jazz Sundays, Wine Events or Picnics
Be involved in the hosting and training of staff
On a limited scale be involved in aspects of the hotel guests’ experience
