We are currently recruiting for an Executive Chef for new Boutique Hotel.
Main responsibilities will include, control and complete management of the kitchen, food production, guest service, purchasing, stock and cost control, food cost, training and development of staff. Our core will mainly be conferencing and events, and restaurant will be open throughout.
Formal Professional Cookery Qualification
At least 10 years experience as a Chef, of which 2 must have been spent as an Executive Chef, or 4 years as a Sous Chef.
Experience must have been obtained in busy, corporate upmarket hotels (no small lodges or restaurants)
Own reliable transport
