- No longer want to receive Job Alert EmailsYou can disable your Job Alerts in two ways.
Click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the Job Alert Email or log in to your account and click on Job Email Alerts to disable them. Remember to click the SAVE button after making a change.
If this does not answer your question email us. - How do I apply for Jobs?The jobs on our website are advertised directly by the Recruiters/Employers, not by us.
To apply for a job you must be a registered Job seeker on our website. Once you click on the Apply Online button below the job description your application is sent directly to the person/company that placed the advert. Please do not send us your CV.
If this does not answer your question email us. - Struggling to login- New customers:
Make sure you have Verified your email address by clicking on the link that was emailed to you when you signed up. You will not be able to log in before you have done so.
If you did not receive the email you can have it resent by trying to log in again using the details you have and then selecting the option where it says "Resend Verification" (Make sure to check your Spam/Junk mail folders)
- Existing customers:
Make sure you have selected Jobseeker Login and not Employer/Recruiter Login.
Make sure the spelling is correct in your Username. It is easy to make a spelling error.
If you no longer have the confirmation sign-up email from us, please click on the Forgot Password link. We will send you your Username and a New Password.
Make sure you check your spam/junk folders. Emails can take up to 10mins.
Our system will not send you a new password that does not work.
If you are still unable to login try a different web browser or delete the Cache/Cookies from your current browser.

If this does not answer your question email us. - Cannot upload my CVThere may be several reasons; Make sure your CV file is smaller than 2MB and the correct format. Make sure you have filled in all the required fields marked with an asterisk (*) otherwise your CV will NOT be saved.

Your Username must be unique to you. We suggest using your email address.
Do not use Copy and Paste, this often leaves an invisible space at the end of the email address which causes problems. Type out your Email address in both the boxes.
Any mistake you make during registration will be highlighted to you at the top of the screen in a large red box.

- You might be registered on a different website, you will need to register a new account with us.

If this does not answer your question email us. - I have applied for many jobs but have not heard back from anyoneThe application Receipt you received will contain the Email address to which your application was sent. You may email them directly to follow up on your application.
Some Recruiters are only able to respond to short listed candidates due to the high volume of applications they receive daily.
If this does not answer your question email us. - The new password that was sent is not working- Try to Copy and Paste the new password rather than retyping it.
- Double check the spelling in your USERNAME. Make sure it is the same as the one we have just emailed you. Sometimes Job seekers make a simple spelling error in the way they registered their Username on our website and thus won’t allow you access unless you type it the same way as you did during registration.

If this does not answer your question email us. - BEWARE OF SCAMMERSNever send money to anyone offering you employment. If someone says they offer you a job but you need to send money for Training/Uniforms/Police Clearance etc, this is not true and it is a scam. This also goes for jobs you see advertised elsewhere.
Do not send any messages to WhatsAppp numbers. We don't allow this on our website. The only way to Apply for jobs are using the APPLY ONLINE button below the job description.

- I need an InvoiceAs long as you have completed your account details within your recruiter account, an automated Pro-Forma or Tax Invoice will be generated and automatically sent to you.
If this does not answer your question email us. - How can I advertise on Hotel Jobs and how does it work.Advertising on Hotel Jobs can all be done online in 3 easy steps.
Firstly you would need to register as a Recruiter/Employer.
Once you are registered you can purchase Job credits from within your account. Please log in to your new account and click on Buy Credits.
We offer several Job Packages depending on your needs, from a single job to 350 Jobs per month.
Please select the package you would like and follow the checkout procedure through to Payment options;
PayFast (any credit/debit card for instant access)
Bank EFT (Can take up to 24 hours to activate)
PayPal
Once we have received your payment (Proof of payment) we will send you a confirmation email and you may proceed to place your Advert/s.
Please note, you will need to log in to your account and place the advert yourself. This isnt done by us. Your Job credit/s will remain in your account until you have placed your advert.
(Montly subscriptions will expire after 1 month, regardless of use)
Adverts are displayed for 28 days. You can remove them sooner if you wish.
Applications are sent directly to your nominated Email address.
(HotelJobs does not receive any applications or conduct any interviews)

Once you have ordered the Job package you would like to purchase this automatically generates an Order Number and a Proforma Invoice will be emailed to you.
Please use the same Order Number as reference when making your EFT payment.
Once your Proof of Payment is received we will activate your purchase and a Tax Invoice will be emailed to you.

You may advertise your vacancies on our website for a one-off price. There are no further charges/commissions to be paid.
