eXtraordinary Recruitment is a division of eXtraordinary Solutions, a Cape Town based Hospitality Consultancy headed up by Pascale Hoare.

Pascale began her career in hospitality in one of the culinary capitals of the world: London. Here she discovered her passion for exceptional food and outstanding service. During this time she managed several high profile operations including Michael Cains brasserie in the centre of London, the catering contract for Saaitchi & Saatchi Advertising and the prestigious St Martins Lane and Lloyds of London Corney & Barrow wine bars.

In 2002 she returned to South Africa and became involved in the pre-opening training and development of all levels of staff for the ArabellaSheraton Hotel & Spa as well as the CTICC. She was then offered the position of National Training Manager at a leading seafood franchise with over 20 outlets nationally.

Alison Holmwood has just joined the eXtraordinary Team. Alison has over 20 years HR and industry experience working at Cape Town's most beloved hotel - the Mount Nelson. Alison's passion is in creating unforgettable guest experiences that leave lasting memories, which is why she understands that finding like minded people for your business is imperative.
